Shutterfly is a great business with great products and a website that was cluttered, confusing and overwhelming. Reimagining and rearchitecting it was not an option–refreshing and reorganizing it within the existing CMS was. So we did everything we could within those constraints: a new voice, visual language, photography and improvements to information flow everywhere.
